Short version: Conexa connects you to community directory sites run by local administrators. Use the app responsibly, respect the communities you join, and only post content you have the right to share.
Conexa is a mobile application developed and operated by Collabify Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). It provides a gateway to a network of independent, community-run local directory sites. Each community site is operated separately by a local administrator and is subject to its own rules.
By downloading or using the Conexa app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Conexa. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 you should have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You log in to Conexa using your Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Facebook account and for all activity that occurs through your Conexa session. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@collabify.net immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Each community directory you join through Conexa is independently operated and may have its own rules, moderation policies, and terms. You agree to comply with those community-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
Community administrators have the authority to approve, reject, or remove listings and to restrict access to their directory at their discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, descriptions, images). By posting content you grant Collabify Ltd and the operator of the relevant community directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce that content for the purposes of operating the directory.

The Conexa name, logo, and the platform's underlying code are the property of Collabify Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or other intellectual property except as expressly provided.
Individual community sites may have their own branding and intellectual property owned by their respective operators.
The Conexa app and the community directories accessible through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content posted by community members or administrators.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collabify Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Conexa, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Conexa shall not exceed £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The app uses Facebook Login (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of Facebook Login is subject to Meta's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes Meta makes to its platform or policies.
Links within the app to external websites or services are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
We may update the app or these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Continued use of Conexa after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue Conexa or any part of it at any time without notice, though we will endeavour to provide reasonable warning where possible.
You may stop using Conexa at any time by deleting the app and requesting deletion of your account (see our Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Conexa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
